Guidelines to submit technical support questions for the retail products.

 

Name of the product.

Detailed description of your Server environment such as:

CPU speed and memory used.

Operating System and Service Pack

Operating System language, for example: Chinese.

Detailed description of your Client environment such as:

CPU speed and memory used.

Operating System and Service Pack

Operating System language, for example: Chinese.

The version number of the product, date of purchase or invoice number.

Detailed description of the problem.

 

The more details are provided, the faster Black Ice Software can respond.
