To upload output files directly to a SharePoint server start the Black Ice Print Manager. On the Printer Manager select SharePoint option. Check the ‘Upload to SharePoint®’ option and specify your SharePoint server settings for the Black Ice Printer. Also you can configure your SharePoint setting directly in Printing Preferences -> Filename Generation by pressing ‘Edit SharePoint® settings’.

The following values need to be specified in order to connect to the SharePoint server:

  • Server name
  • Username
  • Password
  • Directory

Silent mode:

selecting this option, the printer driver will upload all the files to the SharePoint server in the background. The upload window will not appear and the error messages will be written in the log file only.

Use https:// connection (SSL):

SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a protocol that provide communication security over the Internet. Selecting this option, and the printer driver will use secure https protocol to upload all the files to the SharePoint server.

if you specify a log file, all the SharePoint related messages will be recorded there.
