BiBatchConverter 4.22 and Document Converter Server 1.05 is released!
New features for Redirect printing, Watermark printing, Text extraction, SharePoint and more!
Black Ice Software has released the BiBatchConverter version 4.22 and Document Converter Server version 1.05 including new Redirect Printing capabilities. The new BiBatchConverter and Document Converter Server can print multiple copies to physical and virtual printers, allowing users to duplicate documents more quickly and easily.
These new versions also includes improvements to print the redirected document pages collated and uncollated.
The latest release of BiBatchConverter and Document Converter Server also includes improvements for the Text Extraction feature. This feature allows users to disable the bates numbering in the text output, allowing users to create continuous text outputs without page number delimiters, and to use legacy coordinates in the Text Output from older versions of the Black Ice Printers Drivers and BiBatchConverter.
The new BiBatchConverter and Document Converter Server comes with new Watermark capabilities to put the watermarks to the top of the pages. Besides these new features, the BiBatchConverter and Document Converter Server includes several minor improvements and updated documentation to enhance the user's experience.
The complete list of improvements in the latest BiBatchConverter and Document Converter Server include the following:
- Added support for the Office 365 SharePoint online
- Improvements for the MSI installers for using custom INI files
- Added "Number of copies" option to redirect printing
- Added Collated/Uncollated printing option to redirect printing
- Added "Copy number" variable to annotation, header and footer options
- Added support for using the Flip options with redirect printing
- Added INI file option to use the old coordinate calculations (same as version 14.35 and older) for text output for compatibility
- Added INI file option to disable page headers in text output
- Added "Top" and "Fit to Width - Top" watermark positions
- Updated the Black Ice Tiff Viewer to version 11.37.793
- Improvement to disallow multiple instances of BiBatchConverter Service Manager
- Upgraded the BiBatchConverter MSI installers from .NET Framework version 2.0 to 4.0
- Upgraded the Office add-ins from .NET Framework version 2.0 to 4.0
- Removed .NET Framework 2.0 support from Uploading to FTP, Upload to SharePoint and Email sending components. From this version, the components support only .NET Framework 4.0 or higher.
