Tiff Viewer version 11.21 is released!
Auto Rotation feature, Simplified TIFF Viewer Server registration and new MSI installer for Tiff Viewer Server
Black Ice Software has released version 11.21 of the Tiff Viewer including new features to Auto Rotate documents to landscape or portrait orientation. By using the new Auto Rotate feature of Tiff Viewer, documents can be rotated automatically without any user intervention.
TIFF Viewer Server version 11.21 includes a greatly simplified registration process since the Black Ice License Manager is longer needed to register the Tiff Viewer on Windows Server operating system. Tiff Viewer Server can be registered directly from the Tiff Viewer itself.
The latest release of the Tiff Viewer Server comes with a new MSI Installer designed to greatly simplify large scale deployment in Active Directory environments.
Along with the new features and MSI installer, the latest release of the Tiff Viewer includes minor improvements with installation, functionality and user interface to enhance the user's experience.
The complete list of improvements in the latest Tiff Viewer include the following:
- Added Auto Rotate feature
- Improved selection in Thumbnail view
- Tiff Viewer Server and Browser Plug-In is not using the Black Ice License Manager (BILM)
- Implemented licensing in Browser Plug-in for desktop operating systems
- Added Tiff Viewer Server MSI installer
- Stability improvement in the installer for deleting user settings
- Stability improvements for saving annotation when navigation between pages
