The latest Print2Email now includes the ability to send each page of the printed document as a separate email. When pairing this latest feature with Content Based Email Sending users have the option to select different recipients with a unique email subject and body for each sent email.

The latest feature for separate email sending can be utilized in many instances. Just a few common processes that could be greatly automated with this new feature include the generating of commercial invoices, creation of an insurance certificate form, distribution of Bill of Lading, or when an accounting application prints the invoices as a single batched document, and each page has to be sent to different email addresses with a unique email subject and body.
