Black Ice Software has released the BiLPDManager v2.30, which includes user interface changes, stability improvements, and additional new features for the BiLPDManager.

The BiLPDManager is a LPD/LPR Print Server for Windows system to receive print files from UNIX, Linux, AS400, MAC, and Solaris host systems via TCP/IP LPR/LPD ports and prints them to a virtual printer driver or networked, local, and shared printers.

The BiLPDManager combined with the Black Ice Software Virtual Printer Driver allows users to send Print Jobs (documents) from UNIX, Linux, AS400, MAC, and Solaris system to convert the documents to PDF, or TIFF files and Upload to FTP, Uploaded to Webservers using HTTPS, redirected to physical printers, or email the document. All of these complex steps can be simply managed with the Black Ice Printer Manager. Black Ice Print Manager could be used as a work flow control center to manage the virtual paper flow of the everyday office from UNIX, Linux, MAC, AS400 and Solaris system to Windows platforms and beyond.
