The Print2Email can now be configured to Send Text only emails, without an attachment. The Send Text only emails feature can work without any user interaction (silently), using the Content Based Email Sending feature. With this brand new feature available in version 10.60; the email recipient(s), subject filed, and email body text can be extracted from the printed document.

This new feature is available in the content base email sending module and can be used by companies to generate customized emails from a database for customers in the timely manner. Save money and time while increasing productivity!

There are also several significant enhancements in the underlining printer driver used in the Print2Email that handles converting documents and processing content based data for Print2Email. Please see the list of improvements below. An additional improvement to the Print2Email includes adding support for HTML signature with non-English Microsoft Outlook for international users.
