Black Ice Software has released the Print2Email versions 11.12 with more improvements and enhancements. One of the new features is for System administrators or Users who are sharing out the Print2Email from server to client workstations. When the Administrator configures the Print2Email the setting/configuration is saved automatically to the System account. This simple new feature greatly reduces human error by eliminating, a not obvious, but critical configuration step of Saving the Print2Email configuration for every user on the Administrator Tab.

It is little known fact, even for IT managers that the shared out printer drivers, including Print2Email, executes under the System account on the server. In addition, many user base applications also print under the system account. The System account automatically receives the default configuration of the Print2Email during installation. Any changes after installation have to be applied to the System account just like a User Accounts.

Many additional small improvements have also been made like; Sending Text-Only emails, renaming the Print2Email Printer, Improved Print2Email Debug Logs to quickly identify system problems as well as improved Audit logging.
