Version 12.05 of the Tiff Viewer now makes several features available in the desktop version also available in the Browser Plug-in! Also included in 12.05 is the new and improved Magnifying Glass tool to help zoom in on documents with ease!

An improved Stamp Feature has also been implemented; now users have the ability to drop a stamp on a document by clicking on the document instead of selecting an area to place the stamp.

Black Ice Software continues to improve the Tiff Viewing technology based on customer feedback to increase productivity and functionality on Windows desktops and Windows browsers utilizing the Tiff Viewer Plug-in.

Improvements to the Tiff Viewer Browser Plug-in include many new features such as "Cut Page," “Insert Page,” "Paste Before Current Page" and "Paste After Current Page" for faster and easier document management. Exporting TIFF document to common file formats, such as PDF, JPEG, PNG, BMP and Fax is also now possible in the Browser Plug-in.

Final changes available in the latest release include the ability to display thumbnails in multiple columns, which is helpful when navigating large documents. Improved printing and may more features that assist in efficient document management.

The complete list of improvements in the latest TIFF Viewer includes the following:

• Added MSI installer option to associate the Tiff Viewer Browser Plug-in to with TIFF or only with JPEG files (#10127)
• Added Drag and Drop support to the main window of the Tiff Viewer Browser Plug-in (#10004)
• Added to place or drop a stamp with single click on a document, instead of selecting an area to place the stamp (#10159)
• Stability improvement for scaling documents when printing from the Tiff Viewer Browser Plug-in (#10125)
• Set default magnification for the Magnifying Glass to 200%. (#9794)
• Improvement for file naming when saving documents. File names are not converted to lower-case. (#10197)
• Stability improvement for switching to the Highlight annotation ribbon tab when a Highlight annotation is created (#10203)
• Stability improvement for switching back to the previous ribbon tab when an annotation is deselected (#10173)
• Added the version number to the Title bar of Tiff Viewer installers (#10041)
