Print2Email version 10.32 has been released including major improvements to the Content based email sending feature.

These new features available in the content base email sending module are beneficial to companies who have to generate a large numbers of invoices, tax returns, or regular statements for customers in the timely mater. Save money and time while increasing productivity!

One new feature that has been added to the content based email sending is for when “Enable Content Based Email sending” and “Send each page as separate email” options are enabled simultaneously.

Now when these options are enabled and a user prints a multipage document to Print2Email, the Print2Email will extract the recipients email address, subject and email body from every page, and send the pages in a separate email as an attachment. If the Print2Email finds a page without a recipient email address, it will merge the page(s) to the previous page until the next email address is found or the end of the document is found.

Additional changes to the Print2Email, include updates to the user interface to improve usability. Also the Debug logging was renamed to “Email Logging” to better match its functionality. The “Email Logging” is a User level feature and this log is generated for every user with valuable information such as, time, email sent to, CC, and BCC email address. In an event of an error, the error message will also be located in the log file. The “Email Logging” file location can also be changed, by default the “Email Logging” file location is the User “temp” directory.

• Added the Email Bcc and Cc address to Debug log file (#10220)
• Disabled the "Use first email address from page content" option if the "Send each page as separate email" option is enabled (#10221, #10200, #9661)
• Stability improvement for Print2Email Audit log file generation when sending email using the "Send each page as separate email" option (#10219)
• Renamed the “Debug Log” to “Email Logging”
• Added option to change the Email Logging File directory or location (#10218)
• Updated manuals
