TIFF Viewer version 11.19 is released!
Improved Administrator control over key features, such as OCR, Email Sending, SharePoint, Scanning and more!
Black Ice Software has released Tiff Viewer version 11.19 which includes an improved installation to help administrators manage and Disable Features for Users during the Server Installation. In the latest release of Tiff Viewer the system Administrator can disable the OCR, Scanning, Email sending and SharePoint features for all users.
The latest release of Tiff Viewer also includes improved handling of uppercase filenames upon saving, improved user interface to Enable automatic saving of images and annotations and improved page navigation with the thumbnail view.
Version 11.19 of Tiff Viewer includes improved error handling for non-connection errors during registration and updated documentation.
The complete list of improvements in the latest Tiff Viewer include the following:
- Added option to disable Send in E-mail feature
- Added option to disable Upload to SharePoint feature
- Added option to disable OCR feature
- Added option to disable Scan feature
- Improved uppercase filename handling upon Save
- Improved user interface to enable automatic saving of images and annotations
- Improved Tiff Viewer application title to display only the filename instead of full path
- Improved page navigation with the thumbnail view
- Improved error handling for non-connection errors during registration
