Internal error: 52

Hi,

I am getting sometimes the error Internal error: 52 in the group file of the driver version 13.22.251 and the tiff image is not generated.
What can I do to get rid of this problem?

At the time of using the printer, This type of problem frequently occurs for the user. This error is regarding the printing problem, known as internal error 52. This kind of problem can be removed by the plug off and then plug in with your printer system, otherwise, you may contact on https://printerchatsupport.co.uk/canon-printer-support/

What do you mean by "plug off and then plug in with your printer system"? What do I have to plug off?
