Remove path from PDF attachment

Post by Chrism2 » Tue Sep 04, 2012 10:41 am

We're trying to print to a PDF and attach to an Outlook email in order to send to one of 20 mobile handsets.

When we hit print, the email is generated in Outlook just fine and the attachment looks fine; ie. abcdefg.pdf

When the client email program (the recipient) gets the email , the attachment is named "c:\users\chrism2\..\.. adcdefg.pdf" which means it cannot be opened on most platforms. (Rename it and it's fine).

How to we stop Print2Email from adding or pre-pending the Output Directory in the name of the file?

The Black Ice Print2email can send an email without Email Client in the event that you utilize the SMTP settings.

Lamentably the Black Ice Print2email does not help profiles of the SMTP and the Print2email can not unite more printed record to one pdf to convey in one email.

If its not too much trouble stay informed concerning our bulletins about this issue.
