This option lets you copy the contact record into another Remove list. Click on the contact you want to copy and press the Copy to a Remove List button. The following dialog box will appear:
Select the Remove list you want to copy the contact record into from the drop down box and press the OK button. Please note: You can select more than one contacts by holding the shift or control key while you select multiple recipients.
