The Rotate option allows the user to rotate the active image file. The Rotate submenu contains four options:
Rotate Left
Rotates the image 90 degrees counter-clockwise
Rotate Right
Rotates the image 90 degrees clockwise
180 Degrees
Rotates the image 180 degrees
Degree
Allows the user to specify the number of degrees in which direction to rotate the image. Opens the following dialog box:
