Set up multiple profiles based on directory

One can convert document with different conversion configuration (profiles) in a single process without modifying the printer driver configurations. For Example; a directory content can be converted TIFF and other directory content can be converted to PDF and the third directory content can be converted to JPEG.

Enable the Process Subdirectory and Map Processed Subdirectories in BiBatchConverter Service Manager > Configuration window.

To set up multiple profiles one must create profile files (.bip). To read more about how to create profile files, please refer to the Profile Manager section. Once the profile file is created, one must create a subdirectory in the Monitoring directory, and copy and paste the profile file to the subdirectory.

Example:

Enable the Process Subdirectory and Map Processed Subdirectories on Configuration window.

Create subdirectories:

C:\Users\Tester\Documents\Black Ice BiBatchConverter\Monitored\Convert_To_PDF

C:\Users\Tester\Documents\Black Ice BiBatchConverter\Monitored\Convert_To_TIFF

C:\Users\Tester\Documents\Black Ice BiBatchConverter\Monitored\Convert_To_Single_Page_PDF

Create profile files for Tiff, PDF, and single page PDF file format.

Copy the Tiff profile file into [Monitored directory]\ Convert_To_PDF

Copy the PDF profile file into [Monitored directory]\ Convert_To_TIFF

Copy the PDF profile file into [Monitored directory]\ Convert_To_ Single_Page_PDF

Copy file into the subdirectories of [Monitored directory]\ Convert_To_PDF, [Monitored directory]\ Convert_To_TIFF, and [Monitored directory]\ Convert_To_ Single_Page_PDF. Start the conversion and check the Output directory.

After starting conversion, the BiBatchConverter Service detects the Profile file in subdirectory of Monitoring directory.

Copy file into the subdirectory and Start Conversion. Check the Output directory.
