An error on the BiBatchConverter Server Web Interface can be caused by several reasons. Please see the following table for more information regarding the possible error codes:

The webpage was unable to load the INI file. This error code occurs if the INI file location is incorrect, or if the website has no permission to read the file.

Couldn’t retrieve the Startup Type of the BiBatchConverter Server Service. This error can occur in case of insufficient permission, or if the BiBatchConverter Server service is not installed.

Unable to count the files in the directory. This error can occur if the configured Admin account has no read permission for the following registry key:

On 64-bit: Local Machine > SOFTWARE > WOW6432Node > Black Ice Software LLC > BiBatchConverter Server
