Specifying the Output File Name in the Page Content

By using the content based email sending feature, the file name of the created output file (the attachment) can also be specified. To specify the file name add the Filename tag to the first page of the document as in the following example:

##~~Filename=Invoice Number~~

NOTE: The “Filename” tag must be on the first page of the printed PDF document. If the “Send each page as separate email” option is turned on, the “Filename” tag must be on all pages.
