In order to check if the Tiff Viewer is registered with a transferable license, open the Tiff Viewer and navigate to the File > Help > click on the License Information option:
On the About window, it will be indicated if the license is transferable.
If you do not see the “The license is transferable” text on the About window, then you can contact sales@blackice.com to obtain a transferable license.
