Error Code 182 occurs if the printer driver installer cannot install the Port Monitor component of the printer driver.
This error could occur if the printer driver was deleted manually and some components were left behind on the system. It could also occur if the installation is blocked by a virus scanner.
If you have any antivirus application installed on the system, it might block the installation.
To resolve the installation problem, please remove the incorrectly uninstalled Black Ice Printer Driver components from your system by using the BiUninstaller utility.
Download the latest version of BiUninstaller from the following link:
https://www.blackice.com/downloads/customer/BiUninstaller/BiUninstaller.exe
The BiUninstaller utility requires Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 or higher version, available on the following link:

Please start the BiUninstaller utility and select only the Printer Driver, to ensure that any other Black Ice Product won’t be removed from the computer, and click on the "Start Uninstallation" button.
After running the BiUninstaller utility, please restart the computer.
Please try to disable your anti-virus application if you have any installed on the computer.
Try to install the Black Ice Printer Driver on your computer again.
