Error code 34 means the specified printer driver already exists on the system.
To solve the problem, please uninstall the printer driver from the system with the BiUninstaller utility.
You can download the latest version of BiUninstaller utility from the following link:

The BiUninstaller utility requires Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 or higher version, available on the following link:

Please start the BiUninstaller utility and click on the "Start Uninstallation" button.
After running the BiUninstaller utility, you may have to restart the computer.
Try to install the Printer Driver on your computer again.
