The error message “The underlying connection was closed” is a generic error which can by caused mostly by an incorrect configuration on the SharePoint server, or in the SharePoint uploader.
We recommend to perform the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:
Please make sure that the SharePoint server can be accessed from the computer where the Printer Driver is installed.
Please double-check the provided SharePoint URL, Username and Password that is entered on the SharePoint Uploader settings window.
If you are using SharePoint 365, please note that the Shared Documents directory of the SharePoint 365 online directory is the same as the Documents directory in the SharePoint Uploader. For example:
Directory on the SharePoint 365 online: Shared Documents\Test
Directory on the SharePoint Uploader: Documents\Test
Please make sure that the .NET Framework on the computer supports the SharePoint Server TLS protocol. For example, if the SharePoint is limited to use TLS 1.2, but .NET is limited to TLS 1.1, then the following registry key changes required:
