Print2Desktop 6.65 is released! | ||||
Black Ice Software has released Print2Desktop version 6.65, which now unifies the functionality and user interface of both Print2Desktop and Print2RDP by using the more advanced and user-friendly Print2RDP user interface. Black Ice Software has added many features to the Print2Desktop that was previously only available in the Print2RDP, such as audit-logging, static printer naming options, Unicode printer naming, double-sided printing, tray selection and improved support for collated printing, custom paper sizes, asymmetric resolutions and receipt printers. With Print2Desktop version 6.65 there is only a single Black Ice RDP Client to add printer(s) for both Print2Desktop and Print2RDP to access both Print2Desktop and Print2RDP hosts. Black Ice Software has also updated the Print2Desktop’s product licensing, the Print2Desktop is now a subscription based licensing model. Updated the Print2Desktop’s Registration/Activation using Proxy server by adding “Test Proxy” feature, which can be an immense time-saving feature for IT managers and software deployment managers. This feature allows the testing of proxy server connections and getting instant feedback with meaningful error messages to determine the proper Proxy server configurations. The Print2Desktop “Host” can be Windows 10\8\7 system. |
