Starting with version 13.10, the TIFF Viewer will be separated into two different editions, TIFF Viewer Standard, and TIFF Viewer Pro, to better serve our customer’s requirements and fulfill their needs. The new editions are available through our Online Store!

• The new TIFF Viewer Pro is recommended for customers viewing TIFF/PDF documents, or plan to use OCR (Optical Character Recognition) or Search features regularly.
• The TIFF Viewer Standard is recommended if basic functionality is needed, such as Viewing, Editing, Printing, Annotating, Scanning TIFF, and FAX documents.
• Customers with existing serial numbers can continue using the same functionality currently licensed, including the OCR and Search capability, without the new PDF support.

From version 13.10, customers can change between the TIFF Viewer editions by simply re-registering the TIFF Viewer on the computer with the Tiff Viewer Pro serial number. No re-installation or further configuration needed!

Complete MODI Replacement!

With Microsoft Office Document Imaging (MODI) reaching End of Life, it is no longer consider to be HIPAA compliant. The Black Ice Tiff Viewer is capable of viewing, editing and printing scanned/faxed TIFF images and other image types, resulting in an ideal substitute for MODI. When paired with the Black Ice Printer Drivers users can convert any file format to Tiff, PDF and more.
