Effective September 1st, 2023, the maintenance for the following Perpetual Licenses will be retired: X1 Printer Drivers ONLY, Print2RDP, Print2Desktop, BIBatchConverter, Document Converter Server, and BILPDManager.

For customers with valid support contracts, you will be able to continue utilizing the perpetual model and maintenance until the end of your support term. Rest assured, the Perpetual Licenses will continue to function without support. However, please note that users will no longer have access to free upgrades, transferable licensing, license resets, or technical support.

As we strive to provide the best experience for our customers, we are offering a special discount to those of you with active maintenance who are interested in transitioning to a subscription license. Look out for your renewal reminder emails to take advantage of this offer.
