🛠 How to Add a New Hyperlink

1. Navigate to the Annotation tab and click on the Links dropdown button.
2. Select Add a Link, then drag a rectangle over the desired area or select text in a searchable PDF.
3. Configure link appearance and action in the Create Link window, choosing options like:
   • Appearance: Visible or invisible rectangle, line style, color, thickness, and highlight effect.
   • Action: Navigate within the document, open files, access web pages, or send emails.

Click OK, save your document, and your link is ready!

🛠 How to View, Edit, or Remove Links

• View & Edit Existing Links:
  Activate the Links button to display all hyperlinks, including invisible ones. Double-click a link or right-click to modify its action or appearance.
• Remove Links:
  Select the link, press Delete, or use the context menu to remove it.
