Black Ice Software is proud to announce the release of a new BiBatchConverter that now includes all features from our Document Converter Server, including Multi-Thread document conversion, Web Interface, Email, and SMS notification features.

We plan to move forward with discontinuing the Document Converter Server and shifting our focus fully towards the new BiBatchConverter that is now able to entirely substitute the Document Converter Server and is available for both Windows Server and Desktop operating systems. This will help simplify our product lineup and help customers determine the appropriate solution for their needs.

This is also a notice that beginning February 2, 2022, Black Ice Software will stop providing new updates and features for the Document Converter Server application. Customers with a valid maintenance contract or an active subscription will continue to receive priority support from Black Ice Software for the Document Converter Server. Customers with a valid maintenance contract or an active subscription can transition to the BiBatchConverter at no additional cost.

The latest BiBatchConverter comes with an all-new User Interface, with a modern and intuitive design to help users work more efficiently. This is all now powered by the latest Printer Driver and Auto-print engine, providing the most reliable and fast high-volume document converting solution.

Black Ice Software encourages customers who are currently using the Document Converter Server to take a look at the new BiBatchConverter, and take advantage of all the new features and improvements for a reliable long-term document converting solution.
