New PDF features

The "Searchable Compact PDF" file format allows users to create Searchable PDFs when printing non-searchable Faxes or TIFF files. This allows users to easily search documents for key information such as Invoice # or Case #.

Users can now create password-protected and encrypted PDF files with a single click. Password protection is critical in preventing unauthorized access to PDF documents or restricting sensitive operations on PDF documents like document viewing, editing, printing, and copying. The Print2Email now also includes support for outputting PDF files with the latest 256-bit AES encryption.

Broadcast Mode

The Email Broadcast feature is recommended for customers sending out a large number of emails frequently to targeted contact list. With the new Email Broadcasting, users can send a select document to multiple contacts simultaneously. Users can create their own Broadcast Lists by adding contacts manually, by importing them from a major email provider, or by using a CSV file. In Active Directory environments, Administrators can import domain users' email addresses, for internal company newsletters or messages.
