Description
If starting the Remote Desktop Connection from command line using the command below and trying to mount printers by Print2RDP, the printers are not mapped and the Print2RDP evaluation window does not show up when connecting. The problem only occurs on Windows Server 2003 operating systems.
Used command to start Remote Desktop Connection:
mstsc /admin
Cause of the problem
The cause of the problem is that when starting Remote Desktop Connection from command line, several essential functionalities will be disabled in the Remote Desktop Connection, therefore the Print2RDP could not map the printers properly.
Solution
To resolve the problem, please start the Remote Desktop Connection application from the Start menu.
