Description:
An error message appears when using Print2Email with Outlook 2016 on Windows 7 operating systems. For example:
“The procedure entry point ucrtbase.terminate could not be located in the dynamic link library api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll.”

Cause:
This error message is related to the Office 2016, as it does not always install the Visual Studio 2015 runtime on Windows 7 operating systems.

Solution:
The issue can be solved by installing the VS2015 runtime manually from the following link:
