The TIFF Viewer Browser Plug-in can be disabled by running the TIFF Viewer as Administrator, and go to the application button > Browser Plugin Switch…

If the Browser Plug-In is currently disabled, one can see an Enable button. Click on the Enable button to turn on the Browser Plug-In and to be able to view TIFF documents in the internet browser.

If the Browser Plug-In is currently enabled, one can see a Disable button. Click on the Disable button to turn off the Browser Plug-In.
