Black Ice Software has released a Customer License Management Portal (currently in Beta), where customers can review the license numbers of their already purchased products without having to contacting our sales team.

To access the Customer License Management (CLM), enter the email address of the account which was used when purchasing your license(s) through our Online Store and the password associated with that email address.

The CLM website connects through a Secure Sockets Layer (or SSL), which is a private connection method between the customer's browser and the web server, ensuring that nobody can access the license numbers except for the owner of the given account.

To use the CLM, go to www.blackice.com/customer, log in with your email address and password, and access all of your license numbers in a web browser, safely, anywhere!

In case you are experiencing any problems with logging into the CLM, please contact our Sales team at sales@blackice.com. If you initially obtained your licenses through our sales office or a reseller, please contact the sales team to assist you with setting up your account.
