Guidelines to submit technical support questions for the retail products:

 

·         Name of the product.

·         The product version number, the date of purchase or the invoice number.

·         Detailed description of your environment, such as:

·         Operating System (Windows 11/10/8/7 or Windows servers 2022/2019/2016/2012)

·         Detailed description of the problem is experienced.
