Save Time and Increase Efficiency by taking Advantage of Redirect Printing in any Workflow Environment!

The Redirect Printing feature allows users to print to the Black Ice Printer Driver while simultaneously redirect printing to one or more additional printers. This means users can print to a physical printer at the same time that the Black Ice Printer is generating a PDF or TIFF file.

Administrators can configure any available printer for the redirect printing, including shared printers on the network. The Black Ice Printer Driver can even be forced to use the settings of the redirected printer, such as resolution and paper size, to ensure correct printing.

To utilize this feature, simply enable Redirect Printing and select the desired printers from the list of available printers. Additional administrators can enable the log file generation specifically for redirect printing to track print jobs.

This feature is available in all Black Ice Printer Drivers and can also include Bates Numbering, Annotation-Header-Footer, Stamp, and Watermark on both the output and redirected output.

Advantages of Redirect Printing in a workflow environment.

Redirect Printing can be used for archival and backup purposes. You can print to both a physical printer and generate an output file at the same time, ensuring that you always have a backup copy of your documents while still getting a physical copy for review.
