This feature includes error-checking and validation, enhancing the accuracy of your uploads and ensuring that all required fields are completed.

Supported and Unsupported Column Data Types
The new SharePoint uploader supports a variety of column data types:

• Supported: Single line of text, Multiple lines of text, Number, Yes/No, Person or Group, Date and Time, Choice, Hyperlink, and Currency.
• Unsupported: Location, Image, Managed Metadata, and Lookup columns.

Effortless Configuration for SharePoint Upload
Configuring your Printer Driver for SharePoint uploads is straightforward:

1. Open Printer Manager, select the SharePoint tab, and enable Upload to SharePoint Server.
2. Configure Server Name, Username, Password, and Directory to match your SharePoint setup.
3. Adjust Directory settings to direct documents to the appropriate SharePoint library or folder.

• Automatic File Deletion: Files can be automatically deleted from your system once successfully uploaded to SharePoint.
• Memory-Based Uploads: Upload documents directly through memory, bypassing local disk storage for added data security.
• Document Property Editing: Customize document metadata easily on the Document Properties window, with required fields highlighted for completion.

Logging and Monitoring

For tracking and troubleshooting, our logging feature provides a comprehensive record of SharePoint-related actions, including upload start and finish times, user information, and any encountered errors. The log file is stored locally and can be accessed at:

System Requirements and Limitations

• Ensure .NET Framework 4.7.2 or higher is installed to support the Upload to SharePoint feature.
• The Disable Output File option must be unchecked in the File Formats tab to utilize this feature.
