Previewing a document

The Document Preview panel displays the currently selected document and allows you to review its pages before printing.

The preview includes the document name, document dimensions, paper dimensions, and current zoom level.

Use the preview controls to:

• Navigate to the previous or next page.
• Review the current page number and the total number of pages.
• Zoom in or out to inspect the page.
• Scroll through the document preview.

Reviewing the preview helps you verify the document layout and identify potential paper-size or scaling issues before starting the print job.
