Black Ice Software develops high quality printer driver technology, Document Imaging tools, Faxing tools and application software for printing, faxing and imaging. Our customers are primarily software companies, e-commerce, medical imaging, integrators, VARS, and financial corporations including Oracle, Hewlett Packard, GE, Citibank, Prudential Investments, Sharp Labs and Mitsubishi Chemical. Our engineering and customer support staff is dedicated to providing the highest level of service and product quality.

    The Document Imaging technology was first developed by Black Ice Software and licensed worldwide for document management as well as for a variety of industrial applications including legal, forensic imaging, and most recently for medical applications.

    The Printer Driver document converter technology licensed worldwide to fortune 500 companies, software developers and most recently directly to end users as desktop document converters.

    The ™Impact Fax Product line was produced with our award winning Fax SDK components. The Impact Fax products include: Network Fax Servers which integrate seamlessly with MS Exchange, Impact ColorFax for home PC based faxing and Impact Fax Broadcast, a stand-alone fax software with multi-port fax broadcast capability.

    The Black Ice Product line since its inception has been transformed and rewritten multiple times to satisfy the ever changing technology landscape, and to better serve the needs of our customers for high quality Imaging, Printing, and Faxing technology.

    Sales Assistant

    Black Ice Software is looking for a Full Time, Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our growing sales force. Responsibilities include answering incoming sales inquiries via phone and email, following up with prospective customers, assisting with various sales and marketing efforts, order processing and various sales and office related duties.

    This position is an entry level position, we are looking to train and mentor the ideal candidate. We are looking for an individual with a positive, willing to learn attitude. Some technical computer background is ideal as you will be providing pre-sales support to our customers.
