Black Ice Software, LLC gathers two types of information about users:
- Information that users provide through optional, voluntary submissions. These are voluntary submissions to receive our electronic newsletters, to participate in our message boards or forums, to email a friend, and from participation in polls and surveys:
- Information Black Ice Software, LLC gathers through aggregated tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views throughout our sites. This information allows us to better tailor our content to readers' needs.

Our desktop applications provide functionality to connect to your Google Account (e.g., to send emails via Gmail).
- No Central Collection: Our applications do not collect, transmit, or store your Google user data on Black Ice Software, LLC servers.
- Local Storage Only: Any authentication tokens obtained via Google OAuth are cached locally on your personal computer. This data is used solely to allow the application to communicate with Google services on your behalf.
- Access: Our application only accesses the specific scopes (such as
gmail.send) necessary to perform the functions you initiate.
Disclosure and Sharing of Information
Black Ice Software, LLC does not share, sell, rent, or trade Google user data with any third parties.
Because our applications store Google-related data locally on your device:
- No Transfer: No Google user data is transferred to Black Ice Software, LLC or any external service providers.
- Limited Use: Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we are Processing the collected data
