Black Ice Software Announces Impact Fax Broadcast 6 Release - Fax Broadcasting with Windows Vista.
Amherst, NH June 1, 2007 -- Black Ice Software, LLC (“Black Ice"), a worldwide provider of imaging, printing and communication applications and development tools, today announced the release of Version 6 of Impact Fax Broadcast, the popular PC based fax broadcast solution. Used around the globe to broadcast faxes from a local PC using simple fax modems to intelligent fax boards, Impact Fax Broadcast has enjoyed substantial success in the restaurant, mortgage and government sectors. With version 6 of Impact Fax Broadcast, Black Ice Software now incorporates User-Mode printer driver technology to increase reliability and security by moving operations away from the computer's kernel and also now includes support for 64 bit Windows operating systems and Microsoft’s Vista operating system.

Impact Fax Broadcast is available in both modem only based version for com port based fax modems and in an Enterprise version that supports Enterprise level fax hardware such as the intelligent fax boards from Dialogic and Cantata Technology.
